The Security Your Money Can Provide

Home Volunteer Services Donations

Refugees are amazingly resilient and self-reliant.  It is with great courage and strength that they protect themselves and their family to the point of fleeing a dangerous homeland, and submitting to an uncertain future by entering the resettlement system.  In exchange for safety, they face the daunting task of learning a new language, new skills, and adapting to a new country and culture.  All of this, they overcome.  It is with similar drive and determination that they strive to quickly become gainfully employed and self-sufficient, most within months of arrival in a new land.  It is upon their arrival and during the short time they are seeking employment that monetary donations are needed the most, as well as during times of emergency, such as an accident or illness that temporarily prevents employment.

So, how far does your donation help refugees?
